Planning a Home Improvement Project?
Before scheduling any work that changes the appearance of your house as seen from the street, remember to go to the Homeowner Portal and fill out an Architectural Review Request form.
When the form opens, it will show your name and address. Enter the project description and add any supporting documents such as a color sample if painting, or a sketch of a new landscape design or any other project that affects the appearance of the house as seen from the street.
Your project will be reviewed by the Architectual Committee and you will be notified of the results no later than two weeks, but typically within a few days.
